Question about Bath Salts

What ingredient provides that silky soft feel in Bath Salts??? I made a basic recipe of dead sea salt, epsom salt, baking soda, fragrance and glycerin. It was nice, but was missing that silky soft feel.

RE: Question about Bath Salts

I don't use glycerin in my bath salts but do use quite a bit of baking soda as it is the one that softens the water and makes for a silkier feel. I personally think glycerin is way overrated as a moisturizer and find that it tends to dry my skin even worse. Just my humble opinion
