Small House Thought

I picked this picture up on a recent trip to WV. It seemed to fit our house, particularly since our home was the crazy orange color of the "Dear House" thread before we moved in and painted.

"All you need is love", sang the Beatles.

A larger home and no or little love can be a nightmare instead of joy.

Enjoy your new little needlework. It is sweet.

I love the sampler. Great verse for a small house too.

Young-Gardener, very nice sentiment.
And Flowerlady, you always seem to show up quickly when there is a nice topic starting. Are you clairvoyant, or do you have a good auto search program running?

What you say about ...little love can be a nightmare.....
I said for the 32 years I was single, that I'd rather be alone than with the wrong person. Lonely is not the same as unhappy. There is much to enjoy in solitude.

Thanks, everyone. It seemed rather fitting for our little love-filled cottage.

boy, you've got that right! I used to say that if I'm gonna be alone I want to be alone - alone. Being a couple and being alone is a bummer. I never want that again.

It took me about 6 months to get used to be alone alone. I found I really liked it!
