| My wife and I went from a 3,000 sq ft brick house to a tiny 370 sq ft house, very expensive(upscale), called "diesel pusher". For us, the thing that made it tolerable is that we could conveniently travel, move the house from place to place, so to speak. It was fun, at first. We ended up designing the "perfect" small house (1,720 sq ft, single story brick), and that's why I'm here. Right now, we've living in the rolling house, which is parked (with full hookups) right behind our new house, which we're building (owner-builder). And, we're almost done with it. My point is, tiny houses are for the birds, gimme a small house, any day. |
