Nearing final floor plan

After a major false start and a house plan that we could not afford to build, I think we are zeroing in on a plan that will be really functional at just over 1300 square feet. Views of Mauna Kea out the back of the house. What do you all think?

When I click on it, message box for a pdf download comes up and then I can view it, will try something different when I get home tonight. Sorry

Dmlin, it led to the signin page for members when I clicked on it. If you have a photo album which shows the HTML CODE, that is what you can insert into your GW text, and the picture will be right on the forum. It will stay there until you move the location of the album. Or delete the jpg.

Hawaii? Wow. What a location. Does a lanai count as part of a floor plan even if it is outdoor space? You have such a great opportunity to live larger by making such outdoor rooms.

Cannot wait to see your house plan.
