That is cute, and really functional too. Not sure about that bathroom, but maybe there is more to it.

This is a darling house. Agree the bath might be a bit too small. The rest looks great.

Woah. That looks amazing. I have been looking at tiny and small homes, and this one looks great. We have guess we will build around 800 sqft since it is just the three of us, but DH and I were talking about getting a little closer to 600 sqft if we could get the right layout, and this looks like it's on the right track. (little DD is 3, and even she was weeding her toys today to gain some extra space).

Our space would need two beds, two baths, and a basement though. I'm definitely saving your post to show our architect once we start working on the house. Thank you for sharing!
