Happy Easter!

I'm smoking a leg of lamb today. We're having glorious weather here in FL. I sneaked away from house building to spend the weekend with my family.

Sounds lovely, both of you. We are having a low-key, no kids, no egg hunt, boring, kind of day. But the weather is beautiful here, hope it is for the rest of you too.

flgargoyle--smoking a leg of lamb WOW sounds great. I have never had that. I wish I had a backyard then I would slow roast on a spit and invite neighbors.
Marti--glad your weather is good. Make a little something nice, just for the two of you. I'm cooking enough lamb(5lbs) for 8 people and it's just 2 ! Lamb stuffed in pita/salad/tzatziki for lunch this week. Miss puss will have her own chicken/liver stew...

Did barbecued lamb chops last year, very well received My younger daughter had requested them. This year I did turkey 2 ways- turkey lasagna and turkey roll-ups with spinach and cheese.
