| Wow- so much is dependent upon your conditions. African violets are easy to contain, and like indirect light. There are a number of cute miniature begonias, too. Check Logee's website for awesome begonias. Personally, I think it is (almost) impossible to have too many plants, regardless of the size of the house! |

| depends on what you like I have orchids & spider plants in the kitchen, palms & antheriums in living room. staghorn fern, palm, & ivy in bedroom. I spend maybe 2 hours a week or less watering & caring for my houseplants. always have something rooting, or seeds sprouting. lighting, temps & time you have to best of luck. |
