use sunny room?

finally got wife to move tv into living room. which is in SW corner vs family room which is in lower level, NE corner. LR is about 15 deg warmer than family room. did i mention LR is never used? ever? till now. i am quite pleased with my effort.

That's a big difference. Our FM is about 5 degrees cooler than the living room, and that room is 5 degrees cooler than the kitchen. so I stay in the kitchen. ;)

Logistics mostly. We had beagle for 17yrs and had kiddy gate on family room door so wifey had to watch tv with pooch in that area. No way we could sit in LR and leave dog in FR. Dog is gone now.
