I had a few problems the other day on the kitchen forum. The pages wouldn't load fully so I had to keep refreshing. Then my posts would be delayed as you describe only not that long - they'd appear about 10 minutes after I'd posted. But the thing that really annoys me is how slow the pages load, and I have dsl. I feel like I'm on dial-up again so I can just imagine how those who are feel. So far, it's just GW that is slow for me - no other sites, and I can say I've been on here a lot less because of it.

You'd think GE could do better with all their resources, read $$$$. Maybe we all need to go over to suggestions and comments and voice our displeasure.

If I'm not mistaken, I read at the beginning of our home page here for Smaller Homes that they were having problems and hoped to get it taken care of soon. As with anything, there are bound to be problems.

A few days ago it was mentioned that there was a problem on the home page. I've noticed some messages posted in the garden area are still not showing up as posted on the main threads. They are there though if you select one of the subjects. The problem may be leftover from those few days ago . Things seem to working fine now.

Sites, especially this large, will always have a few hiccups and ours resolves them quickly.

I had an answer from a Cottage garden post appear several days later and I was thrilled as it is the first reply I gotten from that forum in months, even when I click the send replies I do not get them...
