Tuesday Tea...last Tuesday in May

Can you belive it's almost June??? This spring has gone by so quickly, I feel like I'm about a month behind. We've had so much rain, I'm just now getting out into the gardens to weed and plant. I have a porch full of plants, waiting for me to get caught up in the gardens!

How has your May been? Have you been enjoying the weather? Can you get outside much to BBQ or spend time in the garden, yard, etc? Did you have a nice Memorial Day weekend?

I worked in the garden (big shock! LOL) and found out I DO have plants under all that grass and dandelions! It feels great to see the front garden looking better and when I get it done, I'll post a few pictures. Today, I'm drinking some Earl Grey and enjoying the sunshine, coming through the window. After more rain last night, it's nice to see some sun and blue skies!

Have a wonderful Tuesday and enjoy your tea :)

Hi Lavender
I'm not having tea as it is TOOOOO HOT. I'm having a nice cold beer. I did my walking shift today at my food coop. I walked people to their cars/homes and walked the cart back 2 3/4 hrs not bad. I had water and packed dal for lunch so I felt fine but HOT. I did walk a lot today but it's exercise. I have no A/C and no yard for a BBQ-why did you need to mention that :( it is the perfect day for grilled octopus/squid/shrimp. I hate you.
Sorry it's the heat. I didn't mean that. I swear I just want a house so I can charcoal grill octopus and not pay $13.00 for a appetizer portion.

LOL! Maybe take a cool shower and find a tall glass of lemonade? :)

I know how you feel, though...just like when some of the GWers show off their perfect gardens in March...and I have a foot of snow on the ground!
