Well Nancy I am NOT Loretta but knowing her tastes, which are lovely, I had to look too. OH WOW I love this set. And that pretty lace trim on the bottom.

What a lovely set. I love that color combo. I was just telling my sister that I was going to try and figure out how to add some deep purple into my room - maybe some pillows will be simplest. Then if I get tired of it, they can be easily changed.

Idie - I think drk purple in pillows would bring it in w/o being real expensive - and easily changed too.

I've already bought 2 deep purple vases (GW) for my room/bath. It'll be awhile before I get it converted to grn/purple tho.
I am using my comforter in here (old place) this winter tho (did last yr also). It's rather muted in the colors.

Touring Bellingrath Gardens (Mobile) yesterday, I was so impressed by the greens and purples of various shades lining the walkways.

You could also bring a potted plant into the room, a chartreuse pot maybe, and then green plant leaves and purple blooms. All around in these low beds, they had curly parsley and swiss chard, and kale, then dianthus and violas and delphiniums. I have a lot of the combinations photographed in my camera, but too tired today to do anything about sharing them.

I was pleased to note that I knew most of the plants used in the gardens, and in the green/hot house, I'd killed at least ONE sometimes TWO of most of the plants growing there. But now that I have a proper space to locate these hot house beauties, maybe my luck will change. Can you imagine a BIRD OF PARADISE that is 18 feet tall? As high as the peak of the greenhouse? Wow.

Oh that is pretty. I am going to save that in my quilt inspiration folder.
