| Hi Jo...yes we got married on the 24th of July and spent a couple days in Cripple Creek enjoying the high country and the casinos. Couldn't stay any longer as I'm dealing with my mom and her latest surgery and the dreaded dementia. Doc says it's time for a rest home and she isn't taking it well. She is in the hospital in a swingbed program and says she is going home on monday regardless of what anyone says....I think we have a runner on our hands..lol...will look in again soon. |

| WooHoo!!!! CONGRATULATIONS to the both of you - I am so happy for you!!!! I am sorry to hear of your mother's health - they have Alzheimer's units, with specially trained RN's, who know just how to work with Dementia - you can place her there, with a doctor's order, and be totally confident that she will be well cared for. We want to see a picture of the wedding!!! You or Diane can email me any time with questions on Dementia - nursed on the unit as a sub for awhile. Hugs to both of you!!!! |
