If you can get some hostas for your flame azaleas, great. I could give you a couple of healthy hostas but I don't know their names. I have a few and they are doing really well. If you can get a whole lot of hostas for your flame azaleas, go for it, but if you don't get a better offer, I'm definitely interested. The only thing is timing. I would have trouble getting to your area before Oct 7, but I plan to go to the swap that day and would be delighted to go on to your home from there -- if that's not later than you want to get your azaleas out of the bed! I see I am the odd one out, but if it were me, I would likely not delay the completion of the project over 2" *unless* it would make me crazy every time I looked at it. To me, as long as the valves/spout/etc. are aligned, I don't think 2" off center with the tub drain will be that noticeable. I am sure it is very obvious to you right now, but in the context of the finished bathroom, will you really care? Every house has its quirks, and this could just be one of yours'. I should note that I tend to be very picky in general, but I have learned that in a major undertaking like a reno or new house build, you really have to pick your battles. All of this said, if it is very important to you and you will regret not addressing it, you are well within your rights to ask your subs to correct it. But I can imagine that if the original cause of the mistake is hard to determine (was it the plumber? the architect? the GC?) you may find yourself with a longer delay while the team decides who is truly at fault and should pay the costs. Wow how awesome is the ability to photoshop! Elwydee's verson looks great! Think that's the same as the first one you did isn't it? Your 2nd verson with the added cabinet also looks great. From that angle it doesn't look strange with the ceiling change above. Nancy made a good point though. Maybe you could check out both of those isues with another mock up from another angle or simulate with some cardboard at home. RKB and Elwydee can you please share what photoshop software you used? Ours doesn't line up on one side of our kitchen we are redoing. We are using subway tile for the backsplash so we got the half finished edge tiles for the end and lined it up with the top cabinet. The bottom cabinet and counter are about 6 inches farther out. I think it looks fine. Since you are on the end of a cabinet run then I would line it up with the top cabinet.
