Looking for potholder pattern

Does anyone have a pattern for a fingertip potholder?

The best I can explain it is it's oval and it has openings for your fingers on both sides (kind of like a puppet with a mouth, half of a circle when you fold it). Sorry! But this is the only way I can explain it, lol
