Donna, are you talking about the ones with the elastic in the waist and legs? If so, I have them in all sizes I would be glad to copy them and send them to you.

Oh, I have plenty of patterns. I just need to know what size bloomers to make in a pattern, to go with the 12 mo and 18 mo sized dresses.

You can go to the pattern co. websites & check their size charts there - & of course the pattern catalogs @ stores contain size/measurement charts as well...

The sizes don't coincide with the store bought ones. Simplicity uses XS, S, M and L. Store bought uses Newborn, 0-3 months, 6 months, 9 mos, etc. The pattern envelopes list a length and how many pounds for each size.

How I figured out one solution: I went to my daughter's baby book, where I'd listed their height and weight at each check-up. I found out that "S" was about a 6-month size.

But, grrrr......here I am, trying to make a little sundress for my GD-to-be. I chose to make it in an "S", figuring if she grows a little faster or a little slower, her mama could put a little long-sleeved shirt with it and some tights. Pattern beef: it tells me to measure the baby's waistline to decide how long to make the elastic around the bloomers. I had to hazard a guess, as I didn't think to put THAT kind of information in my daughter's baby book. Same with the elastic around the thighs, and the round elastic for the chin on the house.
