Couple of things come to mind, like a belt with a pocket, or just a pocket with a casing or loops that you can slide your own belt through. Otherwise, you might just make a necklace type thing and let it hang down far enough to be able to get into it without running a peep show.

My son went overseas with a school trip. The agency provided one made of plastic to wear around neck. I purchased him one made of a soft fabric to wear around waist like this, but is probably easy to make with some elastic, zipper and some scrape fabric. I wouldn't want to go digging around under my cloths to find my phone when it starts ringing though.

thank you izzy and turtlelady, Took out some material and at this point , think I will make something that I can wear around my neck and let it hang just below my waist and this way , I won't put on a show when I reach for my items. Thank you for your responses, this gave me the push to get started working on my pouch.

I would tend to make something similar to a passport holder like you wear around the neck. I have one in leather that is not very large and with some adaptation would work for some cards and a cell phone. Good luck with your pouch.

I don't use a purse anymore I have fanny pack. I wear it with the zippered pocket are al in the front. When I lived in Miami I carried my D/L and CC in my bra on one side and $bills on the other side/ My keys I had safety pinned to the inside of my pants pocket. I didn't have cell phone at that time but now my cell phone is in my pants pocket.
