Santa Hat

Hi, I'm usually over on the cooking forum, but have a question about a do-it-yourself Santa Hat pattern.

I'm a novice at sewing and can follow only basic patterns, but I was hoping I could knock out a few Santa hats this year. One for every member of the family, in a theme that suits them (camouflage for DH, leopard print for SIL, Powder pink for my niece).

I imagine that a very detailed pattern isn't really necessary and was wondering if anyone here would be able to point me to some instructions?

I've tried googling for a pattern but am only able to find knitting and crocheting patterns for Santa hats.

Thanks, if you're able to help!

Susy.

Hi - here's a link to a .pdf pattern that might be easy to adapt - it's rather long, but looks like it could be shortened

Here is a link that might be useful: Fleece Stocking Cap

Thanks. I'll give it a try and see how it goes!
