Singer XL6000 endless bobbin

Posted by AnneWill (My Page) on

When winding the endless bobbin, I keep getting the message that I need to remove the bottom spool. In the past I would get this from time to time, I removed the spool and then it would wind. Well, now I can't get rid of the message and can't wind the bobbin. I have cleaned, taken off the throat plate and cleaned and I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions?

Try going to Yahoo groups . There are two there for Singer XL. Even the one for Singer XL 1000 also has people who also have the 6000. I will look and see what I can find for you. It may take some time to join a group and get accepted.

Hi Annie,
Couldn't find an answer on Yahoo, but know of someone who can solve your problem accurately. Jenny , she has a sewing store and moderates a Yahoo group as well.
email: jenny@jennys-sewing-studio.com

She also replies quickly. Good Luck.
If this is a repeat , sorry . I'm new to posting. Marta
