I googled,and not only could i Not find any free,there really aren't much to buy either.Most are for quilts,ya know sunbonnet sue.Here's one link i did find,and you may find more,but i only looked thru 3 pages.

Simplicity has a pattern with the bonnet. Maybe you could watch for the patterns to go on sale at JoAnns near you.
