Touch and Sew flat bobbin HELP to reload it please!

Hi!

I just bought my Singer Touch and Sew 758 at a thrift store and it has no manuals with it. I've been figuring it out, but the the time has come to re-wind the bobbins and I cannot figure out for the life of me how! They are the thin sort with a no "through" hole. There doesn't seem to be a place on the top to do any bobbin winding so I don't know what to do now. Also, the wheel on the right doesn't seem to want to be winded out of gear like other sewing machines I was used to using. Anyone out there know what I am talking about and how to get this bobbin winded??
