Hi,

I could use some advise on a jacket I want to make. The jacket has princess seams and my problem is that I usually adjust the size of my pattern. Because my shoulders and neck area are small, but I need a larger size from the arm eye down to my hip, I usually make a size 14 around the neck and armhole increasing to a size 16 from the arm eye down to hip area.

My question is do I need to adjust all the seams accordingly or just the side seam from the arm down?
