| I'm not sure this is the place to ask this question but no one else seems to know the answers.
I have a commercial Meistergram pro 1502 Embroidery Machine which I am new to. I am having a problem with my designs being centered. I am centering the design on the software program, tracing on the machine prior to sewing but the designs always runs to the right. The second question may relate to the first. I ask this question to the techs but each have different answers. One says the active needle is always no.1. so does that mean that no. one should always be centered? The other says that the first color needle is the active and I should center with it. Any Help would be greatly appreciated, this machine is playing with my mind. |
