Industrual machines?

Posted by jhawks (My Page) on

I'm rather new to sewing but am going to be starting a business making various outdoor products. I have established that my sewing machine is not powerfull to sew through the materials that I have been using. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as far as an industrial sewing machine. Ones to look for, ones not to look for. if there are any ones that I could find used to save myself some money that would be great. Thank you!

Since you're new to sewing do you have a market for what you make and have prototypes for the customers to see??

I sew a lot and have been doing so for over 50 years,i do some sewing for my sons business, but when i do that he rents me an industrial machine, you may want to go that route until you get established.Just a thought.
