| I am so frustrated right now and hope someone can help me.
I have been working on a quilt after not using my machine for several years. Last week before I started I had a friend who sews come over and check my machine for tension etc. I remember she had trouble get the clutch to loosen so we could thread the bobbin. However, she eventually was able to do so. I am in the middle of the project, really in the zone and went to thread the second bobbin and cant get the clutch to loosen so I can wind the bobbin. Can anyone assist me. I dont want to use the screw driver and take the cover off but if i need to I will have my husband mechanic do it.. Thank you in advance. Debbie Wall, NJ I am so bumbed that I cant continue sewing right now!! |

| I am reporting that I was able to achieve bobbin winding by using the embroidery settings for button holes which disabled the needle../clutch still too stiff to loosen. |

| if you use a silicon spray on the handwheel clutch area that should break the clutch loose & then oil it afterwards |
