Do you sew for a living?

What do you do and how did you get into it? I'm looking for a career change, but have only a couple of years' experience sewing as a job.

I have seen people post on the craft and decoration forum that sell in craft sales.

I did for quite some time, although I have now moved and only sew for a few clients. It really is a good business, as long as you don't loose sight of the fact that you really must charge for your time. Many people do not realize how skilled a person has to be in order to do good work. I belonged to PACC - Professional Association of Custom Clothiers - it's call ed something else now, but you should check it out. Good luck to you, let me know if there is anything I can help you with.
