Working with Knits ?

I'm trying to make chemo caps with stretch knit but it rolls on me very badly. Does anyone have any tips on how to sew with knits and keep it from rolling? My pattern is very simple with only a couple of seams, but I get frustrated very easily with this roll problem.

Thanks for any tips.

You can use a bit of stablizer on the edges, and/or use a zigzag stitch on it.
