pattern search: skirt with under shorts

Perhaps someone will recall this one and tell me where I can find a pattern that looks like an entire short skirt on the outside...but on the inside it is lined as shorts. It's not a skort. Have been searching but no cigar. (In Canada) Thanks in advance for your help!

Are you looking for an adult pattern, or child's? Butterick has an older pattern for girls(B4281)that has the attached shorts under the skirt. It is called a skort. Ready-to-wear are called skorts and skooters. You can still find the Butterick pattern on eBay. It is where I found one for my GDs.

You might find what you are looking for on this website. I think you mean the kind of pattern that they used to use for things like skating where the shorts are attached under the skirt. Colleen
