| Hi, I want to make placemats with a pocket on them for the silverware. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what kind of interfacing to use? I bought cotton for each side and don't know if I should use fusible or sew in. How thick should it be. Has anyone out there made placemats and have some advice?? |

| I like to use a layer of muslin or other 100% cotton for interfacing placemats. It gives you a little more thickness, but washes well and lays nice and flat. Annie |
