Where to find bargain lace?

Posted by cjangel (My Page) on

Any suggestions on where to find or order white or ivory lace? Need 3/4" to 1 1/2" both flat and ruffled for sewing the preemie burial gowns that are donated to hospitals. I live in NEPA and would appreciate any suggestions you have. Also looking for the flat embroidered 3 cluster roses - they are less than 1/2" wide. These are used as the trim on the tiny buntings. Thanks for your help. Colleen cjangel@hotmail.com

RE: Where to find bargain lace?

If you are in PA, I would contact some of the Amish and Mennonite fabric shops around Lancaster. Zook's, Weaver's, and Sauder's are three well-stocked stores and their prices are reasonable.

Zook's www.zandsfabrics.com

I might can help you with some I was given.
