I have a singer ultra serger that i haven't used in a long time, it came with a vhs tape that show you how to use it, my problem is my old vcr ate the tape. Any one know where I can get a copy of the tape thanks bevinpa

Try going to their site and see if someone there can help.It's probably available as a dvd now.

I was able to download a PDF format of the manual for my old Singer Fashion Mate sewing machine. I had also looked for one for my Singer serger, but I found mine before I downloaded one. I believe my local Singer dealer told me that they could order a copy for me also.

I've had my Singer serger for QUITE a while.I've had problems with the stitches not lockin'(maybe it's called making a chain) any way I've repeatedly taken it to a man who usta work at the sewing factory I worked at ,an he keeps setting the timing. Lookin' thru here, I see it cud well be the theading DUH!!! I'll try takin' it back to 0 and starting it over.I will let u know how it goes..
