It sounds like a wonderful machine and $100 seems fair, given how much nice cabinets sell for. You might be able to get the seller down to $75, but I think you would still be getting a good buy at the asking price.

If I were you, I would get over to the seller asap and snap it up!

I had one that was pretty close to that model. I gave it to a friend of mine. It's a nice sturdy machine, but very heavy to take to classes. My main gripes with it were that sometimes the tension got a little wacky and I couldn't find a 1/4 foot for it.
But when the tension was worked out--it sewed nicely. The buttonhole attachments are really hard to get used to, but once you do, you won't find a machine that makes a nicer buttonhole for you. I also liked the manuel--very well designed.
If you're not afraid of playing with tension, don't mind lugging a heavy machine around and don't have to have a 1/4 foot--you may be pretty happy with that machine.
