| I have small bed pillows and as of late, I find that the pillowcases that come in sets, or even individually, are enormous. The pillow takes up only half the case with the rest of the material sloshing around on the bed. Can anyone suggest a simple way to alter my pillowcase monsters!

| Measure pillows and determine what size width and length you need. Measure and mark where seam needs to be on the pillowcase on wrong side. Stitch lengthwise and then across end of pillowcase opposite from the opening. Trim excess fabric off. Only 2 seams and you have a smaller pillow case. Toss scraps into the scrap bag to use for quilt tops. If you have a serger, serge the seams. |
