MIL gave me her sewing machine but no manual

I want to learn to sew and was about to buy my first machine when my mother-in-law offered to give me her's. She did not have the manual and I have no idea how to thread the thing. I'm not sure what model it is, how to I tell. It is a White brand machine and here is a picture of it.
Any help would be appreciated!!!
