shape cutter?

Hi, I am looking for a tool that will cut a shape in fabric, primarily small shapes 1" ovals, 1" circles.
If anyone can suggest a tool I would greatly appreciate it. |

I know the Sizzix will cut fabric, and a myriad of other things as well.
They are pretty expensive though unless you are going to use it alot... |
