Scrapbooking Fundraiser...wish me luck

| This Saturday, I am having a scrapbooking fundraiser for my CM consultant. She has been fighting cancer for two years now. She was first diagnosed with lung cancer (no, she never smoked), had a 3rd child with Downs, and was recently diagnosed with 5 brain tumors. She has been having raditation everyday to reduce the tumors. As soon as I and two friends heard about the last bout, we decided to do the benefit. It is going to be an all day crop, lots of door prizes, lunch and drinks. So far we have 26 people coming, even though we really wished for more. We also have a few people making donations that are unable to come. We are charging all of them $25.00 to come to the crop. Wish me luck that all of these 26 do come. Happy Scrapbooking! Jewels |

| It realy was a great success. We had 30 people attend the crop. We collected $1,000.00 in admission and some donations. We went to my CM's house and picked up all of her supplies to sell and she sold $1,600.00 dollars that day. Wow!!! She has been selling CM for 5 years and this was the third time she has sold over $1,000.00. We took her her $1,000 last week and she was so overwhelmed. We are now thinking about doing this fundraiser yearly. Jewels |
