| I'm hoping one of you scrapbooking ladies can help me. I'm not a scrapbooker, but I met someone today who told me about a book she saw about making scrapbooks using hardcover books. She's never actually made one so was a little vague about instructions, but it got me interested. Is there anyone here familiar with this craft. I'm up to my ears in quilting right now, but thought I'd like to look into this for something to do after Christmas. Any info ( books, websites etc.) would be most appreciated. |

| Not many people are doing this now. I think you take a hardcover book and take out some/all the pages. Or fold them and put scrapbook stuff on them. If I remember I deceided against it as it seemed bulky and messy. You could google scrapbooks-hardcover books and see what comes up. |

I think its called "altered books" and theat is what you might google. kp |
