Your Story Question

I just purchased the Yourstory machine to bind my cookbooks that I have been working on for the past 2 years. Has anybody here worked with this machine and where do you get your supplies? I would have to order my supplies on line since the nearest craft store from me is 250 miles. My main question is, on the album covers - I want to use an 8 1/2 by 11 and I saw some that were landscape and some that were portrait. I prefer the portrait as that is how my cookbook pages are laid out. Does it have to be specifically portrait or landscape or will they work both ways? Also, do they come in any other colors but black, brown or white? Any help would be immensely appreciated. Thanks!!
