Ideas for my son's lifelong scrapbook

Posted by GardenGhost (My Page) on

My son will graduate in May. I'm putting together a big scrapbook on 8 1/2 x 11 pages that will span his entire life up to graduation. Although I've been scrapbooking off and on for about 2 or 3 years, I consider myself a novice, an amateur. I would love some ideas from yuo guys that would help me scrapbook my son's life in a very creative manner. His scrapbook will include his report cards, awards from school, birthday cards from teachers, as well as tons of photos, and I don't know what else.

Can you guys offer some ideas that I probably haven't thought of?

Also, would anyone be interested in trading a few supplies. I have all kinds of acid free paper, lots of pretty prints in all kinds of themes. I would like other supplies geared towards my gardens and my son's scrapbook. Anyone interested?

RE: Ideas for my son's lifelong scrapbook

NancyAnn,
I have met a really nice lady at my cm reps house. She has done the cutest album for her daughter who graduated this year. She put all of her drawing pictures, letters she had written, school assignments, and pics of all types. Most of it was school related. From Kindergarten to Senior trio. It was the most darling book. Now she is starting one for her son. Good luck, Jewels
