ISO online classes for kids

Posted by bridget (My Page) on

I send my children to a private school, but I would like to have them take some online courses. Does anyone know of a good site to either take a course or just use for practice? (I have always purchased Sycamore homeschooling materials, but I end up not having the time to finish the workbooks.) I am looking for either serious classes or just fun-while-learning things. I stick them on Mathwizz sometimes , but that is the only site I know of at this time. They are in elementary and middle school. Thanks.

I just found www.enchantedlearning.com. It looked good, but I haven't had time to really look at it closely.

Check out these links. The top one is to Stanford online classes. The other will offer you links and resources.

Hi there. This site beestar is cool! My daughter has been using the online courses. It's curriculum-based for g1 to g10 and the worksheets are full of all real life word problems, challenging stuff to help kids thinking. She loves to compete on this site with other kids from a lot of other states.
