| "An educational consultant can provide alternative program placement for substance use and mental health needs for pre-teens, teens and adults" Depending on seriousness and need, every teen, pre-teens and adults could need attention as much as it needs. The consultant must set it in phases, each of which has specific goals, assessment evaluation, and intervention techniques; this helps clinicians remain focused on the treatment objective amidst considerable family and individual disruption. |

| There are all different kinds of placement services - http://www.horizonfamilysolutions.com/placement - However, any website that does not list who they are (a staff page is best), and physical address, as well as licensing information is a red flag. There are just too many dangers out there and anyone who feels they need to stay hidden or hide their staff from parents looking for assistance would be someone I would not feel comfortable sending my child to. Also, anonymous posts are always suspicious to me as just a sales advertisement. Dore E. Frances, M.A. Horizon Family Solutions, LLC |
