How can someone that has been out of school for a very long time ever pass this test. I have a review book and it is so foreign to me, what can help.

Sometimes there are classes taught at a High school or college for Preparation for these test. Of course there is a fee. Call your local school system or a close by college and see if you can find out if they do have a Preparation Class for the College SAT tests. You could be possibly directed to a source and that would tell you what time of the year, these classes might be avaiable.

In our area, you do not have to take the SAT test to go to the community college.

Cliff Notes sells computer discs for both specific courses and SAT practice, as I recall.
