Any suggestions for a more user friendly software that would compare to Photoshop?
I am not a pro but enjoy doing albums and collages for family . I enjoyed learning on PS 2.0 but now that I have Windows 7 I can't download it.

I have been using PSP7 for 7 years now and LOVE it.
I have PSP9 too but was so used to 7, that I found it hard to change even tho 9 is better! Can't buy them now, Coral took over. Sorry.
They both work with Windows 7, 64bit for what I use it for but I do not know how well they work for all that they are equipped for.

It is hard to learn how to use photoshop, especially for portrait retouching. I would like to recommand you an easy-to-use photoshop portrait retouching plugin.

Here is a link that might be useful: photoshop portrait retouching
