| how do I scan a magazine picture , very small, and resize it to fit a large window with differant proportions than the original picture?

| Do you mean you want to place it on a larger sheet that has other different sized pictures on it? Or is it the picture placed on a sheet with different sizes of the same one? Do you have PSP7? |
