how do I scan a magazine picture , very small, and resize it to fit a large window with differant proportions than the original picture?
is that clear as mud? |

Do you mean you want to place it on a larger sheet that has other different sized pictures on it?
Or is it the picture placed on a sheet with different sizes of the same one? Do you have PSP7? |

this is the picture, or pattern! I want to make it much larger so I can paint it on a big piece of canvas to hang on the wall....please help..thanks

| Not sure that this is what you are looking for. Scan the picture -- then using your photo software do an Image Resize and enlarge it to fit the max that your printer can do. In most cases this means 8.5 X 11. Irfanview (free) is one of the more simpler programs I use to scan and change. It is limited in what you can do with it but merely to scan, resize and print -- easy. If you want to look at Irfanview, do a browser search. |
