This one looked interesting, but I was unable to download the supplies and couldn't find the brushes he talked about. The text was also a little tricky and still didn't come out right. Would love for someone else to give it a try and see if they can figure it out.

I think you did a fantastic job considering what you had to work with. I tried and failed around the snow layers. I had some snow flakes in my files and applied them, I didn't have the snow capped font. Again I will say. Fantastic job.

I saw that black berried form at the arb the other day and was wondering if that was freeze damage or normal coloring. I did see plenty of wild beautyberry on my big drive out west last month - even found a patch of gold leaved ones in Arkansas. Dana - if Annie hasn't sent you any berries I brought some back from my parents place. They have to go through two winters to sprout. I'm gonna try nicking some of the seed coat off to try and speed things up. The hybrid Snowberries that are for sale this season do have a better look overall than the wild form. And once established the wild form is hard to weed out - very tough roots and stems, even though the plant looks delicate.

:) It's not chemistry. Many think there's some kind of code to decipher in color formulas. There isn't, it's a waste of time. Colorimetry is much more useful. Colorimetry is the science of color measurements. And it's incredibly powerful because it's the science and technology used to quantify and describe physically how humans experience color. So all those numbers in the chart I posted are based on how those colors are actually perceived by human eyeballs. Has nothing to do with abstract, meaningless paint bases and colorants.

Beautiful clumps! Lillian’s Thin Ice certainly knows how to take a picture! But then, those kitties look like posers too. Sweet babies. Abilene Lillian also stands out. Kudos to getting a good shot of Private Reserve. I am attaching a morning shot of Bright in the Night so you can see height and plant. I was almost on the ground at eye level with the plant.

Hazel you did a great job improvising. I don't know how they got the text to look the way it did as if it were outlined in snow. That(cloud background) was the only thing I was able to download also.

I am so out of practice!! I used her picture and was able to download the other things but I sure kept screwing up on the snowflakes!! haha
But at least I did it!

Great job Judy! You must have the magic touch, I have tried numerous times and get a Forbidden page when I try to download any supplies, the only one that I could get was the cloud background.
