which old photoshop for graphics

Good Morning
Which would be better for graphic design, (logos, posters, signs etc.)
Photoshop version 5.5 or Photoshop Elements 3.0. ?
I can’t afford a new version of Photoshop now.

| I have both PhotoShop Elements and PaintShop and I use Paintshop for making poster, flyers, signs etc. You can do alot with Paintshop and its alot easier to figure out. The older versions work fine with XP, but if you have Vista that might be a problem for any older program. |
