Wonderful! I will be glad to wait until it is finished flowering. I don't have any other house plants right now. :( I would be more than happy to send postage. I might also be interested in your Aechmea - Del Mar pups. Now, I'm in Indiana and it is going into winter now. I got my Christmas cactus as cuttings in a trade in the winter and they handled the winter mailing just fine. I do have a PO box you can send them to, so they won't be sitting in my mailbox outside in the cold. Do you have or know anyone who has ficus benjamina trees? I would love some cuttings. I have had a non grafted white Jacaranda tree in my front yard for 6 years,it flowers every year. I looked up today and saw 2 seed pods all green hanging in the same spot.I had to read when to take them off the tree and they have to be woody and brown.I don't want them to fall off the tree as they might open and I will loose them. I have only seen grafted White Jacarandas as I bought 3 for my older kids who have their own homes now.So,I now know I have the Mummy tree and don't have to buy them any more.I am very happy.

White Jacandra are seldom seen here in WA, and I have been told by a suposedly reliable nursery that all white plants are specially grafted plants and that they were all done by some old bloke who no longer does this process. Is this just some urban myth to justify the enormous price of any available plants? Are white jacandra plants actually grown from seeds? I did see a special variagated plant on sale fo something like $258 in Perth, it was approx 1.2 mt tall. Experience tells me that even short jacaranda plants in nurseries are several years old, has anyone experience of growing white flowered plants from seed?

It looks like the frame would allow you to use lights with 6" spacing. I found a few sources for those.... these have a white wire. They also show both white and green wired ones at WalMart but the green are out of stock. ETA, try searching with this string: christmas lights 35 6" spacing
