I also put this on the Photography Forum

How do I save a picture off of the internet so I can resend it. I think I can't do it because they are not JPEG

I want to make my mom a Christmas List but give her pictures of what my boys are asking for.

But when I do save as and then open them up it says Windows does not recognize it!

Any help appreciated.

What format is it saving the pictures in? Sometimes I will save things and then open them in paint shop pro and save them from there in a different format.
Or if all else fails you could do a print screen of the picture.

right click, click save to, I save to desktop, then do with it what you want...
