Is there any way I can have WinRar without it taking over XP's zip extractor?

I have Win Zip & WinRar, I didn't even know XP had a zip extractor. What is it called and how do you get to it?

Mine came with my computer I think. I don't remember downloading it. I just right click on a zipped folder and a box comes up saying "welcome to the compressed (zipped) folders extraction wizard".

Hmmm I never tried to open a RAR with it.. I deleted the winrar & now my XP unzipper works on zipped & bet it will work on rar files too..
