Have Xp plugins on disk. The new computer is
Vista.can they be downloaded to Vista and will

Yes they will....

I setup a computer that ran Vista, installed Psp X & had no problem getting the plugins to work....

I just moved the plugins to the Plugins folder in MyPsp Files, opened Psp & went to File, Preferences, File Locations & directed Psp to find them in My Documents, MyPsp Files, Plugins....
